Academy for Innovation and Change through Education (AICE) has been awarded a federal grant the purpose of which is to manage the operation of the America House in Chisinau. AICE will be responsible for staffing and operating the America House in close cooperation with the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy. Key program activities under this cooperative agreement include managing local Moldovan staff with expertise in program and event management and designing a flexible and dynamic program of activities each month to interact with Moldovan visitors and encourage visitors to return regularly to the America House.
