Experts from Cahul\, Orhei\, Bălți\, Ceadîr-Lunga\, Căușeni\, Taraclia\, and Chișinău learned useful tips on fundraising and studied a few success stories shared by National Center for Librarian Professional Excellence in Chisinau.
